If you're unsure of your bra size, this chart will help you find your underband size based on your regular dress size.

If your underband feels too tight or too loose but the cups fit well, you may need to try your sister size.

Sister sizes have the same cup volume but a different band size.

Underband feels too tight? Try the next band size up and go down a cup size.
34B → 36A

Underband feels too loose? Try the next band size down and go up a cup size.
34B → 32C

This keeps the cup volume the same while adjusting the fit of the underband.
